Real Estate Advertising Website
Everything you need to know about becoming a Real Estate Advertising Website.
What is REALTOR.ca DDF®?
REALTOR.ca DDF® is a permission-based system provided by CREA that enables brokers and salespeople to extend the reach of their listings to a large number of Canadian real estate sites outside of REALTOR.ca.
Real Estate Advertising Websites are designed to advertise real estate listings on behalf of member of CREA.
Participating brokerages and salespeople can access DDF® and select where they want to send their Listings.
• Real Estate Advertising Websites will only receive listings from brokerages that have opted into sending listings to your website.
• Listing content in DDF® is updated in the data feed at the same time as it appears on REALTOR.ca.

Analytics Web Service – Real Estate Advertising Websites
Analytics and Reporting Overview
CREA provides data to several of its own websites (Realtor.ca) and mobile applications (iPhone, iPad, Android, etc.), as well as distributing data using DDF® to member websites, brokerage owner sites, franchisors and Real Estate Advertising Websites.
With a single listing potentially being viewed on dozens of different websites and applications, agents and brokerage owners need a way to track where their listing data is being viewed. To accomplish this, CREA has developed a solution that allows for the collection of all listing activity.
